    How to make Almond-Flaxseed Roti:


    • 2 cups Flax Almond flour
    • ½ tbsp. Ghee
    • Salt as needed
    • Water as required (approx. 1 cup)+

    How to make Almond-Flaxseed Roti:

    1. Take  Flax Almond Flour in a mixing bowl. Mix the flour along with salt and ghee.
    2. Add the water, a little bit at a time and start kneading. Making a fist with your hand and press the dough with your knuckles.
    3. Keep adding the water and keep kneading. I would strongly advise taking the time to do this and not throwing all the water in at once. This step can make all the difference. Slow and steady.
    4. Take your time to keep kneading and adding the water until all the dough comes together. This should take about 1 cup of water.
    5. Knead it all out till the dough is not sticky. Repeat these steps until the dough becomes sift and smooth.
    6. Now make small round balls out of the kneaded flour and put it on a rolling surface and roll it out into the shapes of round Rotis.
    7. Take a Hot flat pan place these roti on it and cook it in the usual manner.
