Search an item while browsing by category and click on the product you intend to buy.

Note: It is advisable to go through the details mentioned along with the product – fabric, color, size chart, style, length, warranty and so on.

Enter your pin code to check the expected delivery time and COD service availability – you’ll get detailed information on the same via SMS and email once you have placed your order.

Next step is to create an account with us. You can also proceed further just by entering your email id but registering with us will speed up the ordering process and will also allow us to keep you informed about orders and refunds through email.

Next, enter your shipping address carefully (you can add the voucher/discount coupon codes at this stage as applicable)

Verify the final price along with shipping charges before opting for any of your preferred payment option – COD, Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card, Wallet.

You’ll get its confirmation via mail as well as SMS from our team. If you had logged into your account while placing order, you can check your order history in ‘My Account’.

You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

1)  Add/Remove a product

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to add or remove a product after you have placed an order. But you can always place a new order any time!

2)  Change Address

You cannot change your address once you have placed your order, all you can do is, cancel your order, and place a new one again with your preferred delivery address. Also, note that we don’t order at multiple locations on one single order. We request you to place a different order for a different location.

3)  Change Delivery Date

We strictly adhere to the dates by delivering the products at its earliest. However, if you want to postpone the delivery, you can always co ordinate with the courier person as soon as he gets in touch with you.

As soon as you have placed your order, we’ll send you a message and an e-mail stating the details of your product and that your order has been placed successfully. Additionally, you’ll also get to know the tentative delivery date of your order. You can again verify your order in the ‘My Accounts’ Tab.

In this case, you don’t have to pay the COD charges every time. Just pay it when you receive the first product of your order.

If you intend to cancel your order for whatsoever reasons, please follow the below mentioned steps:

1)   Visit ‘My Order’ from Hi, Customer section on the top right of Choonkar home page!

2)  Select ‘Order Details’ for the order you want to cancel.

3)  Click on ‘Cancel Order’ and this will redirect you to a page where you can submit your request and also select the reason for cancelling your order.

4)  Last, you’ll get an SMS and email confirming cancellation of your order.

For whatsoever reason, if you want to change your billing address, just log in to your Choonkar account. Go to account section – profile – saved address – billing address! Update your new billing address and also your remaining profile here.

Cancellation timelines depend on two stages:

1) Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours if you have requested to cancel the order before getting the dispatch message.

2) And, if cancellation is done after the dispatch message, you’ll get confirmation within 48 hours. However, there is no guarantee of cancellation in this case as your order has already been dispatched! If delivery of your order is about to take place, we may request you to deny the acceptance.

Please check our Return/Exchange policy for the same. But, returning a part of your order at the time of delivery won’t be possible. As per the policy, you can always return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.

You may choose to pay with your credit card, debit card or with other net banking transactions without any fear of leaking your confidential data. Choonkar does not keep your details on file, hence, we ask for your card details every time you make a purchase.

It may happen that you end up seeing the same product with a different price tag. This happens because of special offers of specific brands like deal of the day, or any promotional offers on some event and so on. We request you to first check the best deals of Choonkar for that day and then proceed with the other collection.
